A lot changed in FYTT over the last few months. Here's a list of some of the things worth knowing.

Getting around

  • Find anything: Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) or click Find anything… in the top bar. Type to jump to an athlete, plan, program, report or setting. Read more
  • A weekly brief on each team's home: A team's Home page opens on This week. It lists athletes who've gone quiet, new bests and programs ending soon, each with a link to act on it. Read more

Planning and programming

  • A program as a spreadsheet: On a program, Download › Spreadsheet gives you a sheet for each week and a column for each day. It's easy to share with a sport coach. Read more
  • Leave a group out of a block: Under Group requirement, choose None to give a block or progression to everyone except the groups you pick. Read more
  • Test an automation before it runs: On a decision, See who goes where shows which route each athlete would take today, and why. Nothing changes until the automation runs. Read more

Your athletes

  • A redesigned station interface: Station tablets show the athletes, the workout and its blocks side by side. Each block shows how many sets are recorded. Read more
  • A rebuilt athlete app: Athletes log one exercise at a time on a keypad, see percentages as real weights, and can add photos or videos to a set. Read more
  • A status report after each workout: When athletes record their last set, they see what they did against what you prescribed, plus any new measurements. Read more

Roster, reports and metrics

  • A rebuilt roster: Use View as to switch between a table, a spreadsheet and a notes pad. Edit groups changes the groups of several athletes at once. Read more
  • Athlete reports you lay out: Edit layout lets you add and resize panels. Record adds a measurement, note or injury right from the report. Read more
  • Attendance at a glance: The attendance report shows a heatmap by day, week or month, with the least-attended athletes first. Read more

Integrations

  • VALD, 1080 Motion and PlayerData: Bring in ForceDecks, NordBord and ForceFrame tests from VALD, sprint and resistance data from 1080 Motion, or GPS data from PlayerData. Read more
  • Hawkin and Teamworks setup: Choose whether Hawkin keeps the best, the most recent or the average of a day's reps. Connect Teamworks with the address you sign in at. Read more
